As part of the city infrastructure project this small plot of 500 Sq. M was designed as mixed used development, retail on the ground floor and multi tenant offices on the upper floor with top floor amenities and sky lounge. The form was derived more by the site condition but the functions were more dicted by sustainability parameter to reduce the façade facing South while exposing the view on the East and North side.

This helped in developing a clean glass facade with mass broke with elements of green and staircase and services accentuating with triple height terraces.

The retail on ground floor is a folded form to create the bazaar experience of shopping while other face getting a display and green linear park. The drop offs are specially curated to allow a experience and a lobby to extend the same.
