Spread over 2.5 Acres of land, this logistic yard is a living lab for sustainable master planning. The entire site is planned based on natural features of the land form with no cut and fill and integrating the larger part of land under green for very functional and ecological reason, stabilizing the soil, streamlining rain water runoff and enhanced ground water recharge. Welcoming green adorned with shrubs creates the arrival experience and large scale plantation in the front open space creates the gesture of rural context.
The program requires heavy equipment to be stationed and all ancillary activities along with resident staff to maintain the entire program. Site being outside the city limit, staff is provided with well designed housing, lawns and garden with vegetable farm for daily needs promoting health and well being.
The industrial architecture design is expressed using steel, blended with patterns in material and creating visual interest with color palettes.
The moment with in the development is segregated promoting predestine movement with paved and shaded area capturing summer breeze and protecting monsoon winds and rain
